I just wanted to let you know how pleased I have been with the service from Exopest. I called into your office last week, looking for some advice and answers to my questions about our rat problem. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Arrangements were made for a staff member to come out on Thursday afternoon, to assess the problem, and recommend and implement a strategy.
Bradley arrived exactly on time, made a thorough assessment, discussed the options, answered my many questions, and explained how and why he could deal with the rats in the roof space. When he finished I was provided with a very detailed written report. Bradley was also very good with the dog, who suffers from anxiety.
