In times when service levels continue to slip through the perceived pressure of cost increases and competition, I believe it is important to take the time to recognise excellence.

Several months ago, I discovered the impact of termites and through necessity required the house to be treated. The treatment team were punctual, courteous, and efficient and undertook the task in a professional manner. Nothing less than what I expected. Unfortunately, the subsequent inspection of the work indicated that the treatment had not been totally successful.

However, when there is a problem, it is usually also when the service levels drop dramatically. In the ensuing visits, that's correct, visits to ensure that the treatment had been completed successfully, your administration staff and the treatment and inspection team have established a level of after sales commitment and excellence that should be acknowledged. I was always made fully aware of the status and the issues being addressed.

I am undoubtedly your least profitable customer. But there is old say sales belief that a good sales story will be related to 4 other people while a bad experience will be told to 9. Exopest's excellence has already seen me exceed my good sales story quota. No doubt what you are investing in the professionalism of your service team will reap benefits in the future. I am writing to express my appreciation of the work carried out on my unit. I was extremely stressed by the termites, so on the day of treatment was stressed out. Mike arrived at the time expected. He walked through the unit with me and explained what he would be doing. Realising how upset I was, he sent me off. Leaving a number for him to ring on completion of the job. He moved all furniture and I had forgotten to remove pictures from a book case, which he did. He also said "where is your vac"? He phoned as promised and I returned to settle up the account with him. I was thrilled to find everything back in the correct place, even pictures on the book case, floor vacuumed, and be told I could get my cat from the vet (I had boarded him for the time) and settle back home. People always complain about service, but in my opinion your staff are first rate and give 120% stisfaction. Once again thank you.
